CONVEYOR CLEANING SOLUTION
The KSN Belt series is ideal for integration in your production line or for standalone applications. Parts are placed on a conveyor belt and transported through a series of spray washing, spray rinsing, and drying modules, and you can add optional extras to fit your requirements.

The Belt series is designed for efficient cleaning and rinsing with powerful, multi-nozzle spraying systems that are height adjustable to fit your application and parts.
Suits your requirements
The standard configuration is a wash-rinse-dry design, but the Belt series can be configured with extra or fewer modules to meet your requirements.
Easy operation
The operator can easily monitor and control the cleaning process on the user-friendly control panel with process visualisation.
Superior corrosion protection
The machines are made from stainless steel, giving you superior lifetime and corrosion protection.
Low water consumption
A neutral zone between modules prevents water carry-over and reduces water use. It can also be fitted with a side channel blower to maximise reduction.
Energy savings and low noise
Machines are fully insulated for energy optimisation. The heavy insulation also contributes to low noise emissions.

The machine is built with quality components and monitoring solutions that keep downtime to a minimum.

KSN Rotary Drum series
The KSN Rotary Drum series is ideal for cleaning high quantities of small parts due to its rotating drum design. Parts are cleaned using spray washing, spray rinsing, and drying modules, and the system can easily be integrated in your production line or used as a standalone solution.
